Both our owners and guests deal with our Elterwater based office, with staff on-hand who deal exclusively with cottages in the South Lakes area, we also have the benefit of a larger support team for marketing your cottage, taking bookings and technical/financial services.
Our office is open 9am – 5pm Mon-Sat, and our sales support team are available between 8am to 8pm. Sales support is also available from 11am until 3pm on Sundays. We know people often prefer to make a booking over the phone, once they’ve found their ideal property.
Once your property comes into our care, it will be added to our website and feature on our ‘home page’. A huge number of enquiries come from the internet, be that via our website, from other accommodation websites and portals and social networking via Facebook & Twitter.

As technology and the Internet change and advance, we evolve and change our marketing accordingly, keeping up to date with all mediums. A large part of our marketing is dedicated to SEO (Search Engine Optimisation). We’re continually improving our rankings for the major search terms i.e. Lake District Cottages, Lake District Self Catering etc.
We send out Email updates every month, keeping our customers up to date with our news and special offers, also updating them on what’s going on in the area. At other times of year we also send out offers and newsletter mail shots by Royal Mail.
New properties are added to our brochure immediately not printed on supplement pages, meaning your property will reach our customers quickly and maximise bookings.
Additionally, our Cancellation Scheme guarantees that owners are paid 100% of the value of a booking in the event the guest cancels their holiday, regardless of whether we are able to re-book the holiday.
