Property Management
- We can provide complete property management and maintenance services and have a team of time served tradesmen available to keep your cottage in tip top condition and in full repair. We ensure any works carried out are to a good standard and are competitively priced.
- Should the owner or guest have a problem during their stay, we have an emergency out of hours phone number. We act promptly to organise a repair, in most instances this being completed on the same day.
- Our management services range from simply holding the keys and advising your cleaner of any bookings to full management including our cleaners, laundry, inspection, replacement of incidentals like lightbulbs etc and maintenance. We’ll arrange gardeners, chimney sweep, annual servicing…just about anything you can think of on your behalf, these will be charged for on your monthly statement. The property is inspected after each let ensuring it is well looked after.
- We can organise quotes for property improvements like decorating, gardening and landscaping or bigger projects like extensions, renovations, replacement roofing etc.
