- As a small Agency we are able to make close working relationships with our cottage owners. We are dedicated to making your property a successful one and to getting the best results possible. We will provide you with ongoing help through buying and running a holiday property.
- We pay our owners in advance, all monies received will be paid to you within 10 working days at the end of each month. A clear breakdown of all income and outgoings will show on your monthly statement.
- We keep you up to date with all the statutory obligations you need to comply with. Assisting with annual certification and servicing.
