  • Our website benefits from online booking, so 24/7 365 days a year, customers can book your property.
  • As technology and the Internet change and advance we evolve and change our marketing accordingly, keeping up to date with all mediums. A large part of our marketing is dedicated to SEO (Search Engine Optimisation). We’re continually improving our rankings for the major search terms i.e. Lake District Cottages, Lake District Self Catering etc.
  • We send out Email updates every month, keeping our customers up to date with our news and special offers, also updating them on what’s going on in the area. At other times of year we also send out offers and newsletter mail shots by Royal Mail.
  • New properties are added to our brochure immediately not printed on supplement pages, meaning your property will reach our customers quickly and maximising bookings.
  • Our office is open 9am – 5pm 6 days a week, but the phones are often answered upto 10pm at night! We know people often prefer to make a booking over the phone, once they’ve found their ideal property.
