LOW CROFT COTTAGE is situated in a quiet mews courtyard, in the centre of Grasmere village, with one off road private parking space. Close to all amenities, bus stops, and the lake where you can hire rowing boats. Most of the popular walks start nearby.

The cottage which was part of the old drill hall has original beams in keeping with the character of the building. The ground floor entrance has a large utility area with washing machine, dryer, lots of drying space and bike rack for storage for bikes. The staircase leads to the first floor kitchen/lounge which has comfortable seating, television, DVD player and dining area. The kitchen is very well equipped with cooker, fridge, microwave and dishwasher.

Upstairs to the second floor, there's a double bedroom and a twin bedded room, both with fitted furniture, original beams and roof angles. The bathroom is on the same floor, having a shower over bath, toilet and heater.
