Successful in the Peak District as ideas go this is a good one. While many people come to Cumbria to walk the fells, go boating on the lakes and cycle our beautiful valleys not everyone finds it so easy. The Electric bike scheme will certainly be of benefit to large groups of people who find all those hills a bit to much for their energy levels/age/fitness. Seeing our area by bike is great, so hopefully this scheme will roll out across the area.
