Based in Elterwater, The Good Life Cottage Co is a new and independent, family run business started in 2008 by Ben & Heather Price. We have over 10 years experience in letting self-catering holiday cottages, as we both worked for many years for Ben's family business, 'Wheelwrights Holiday Cottages', started in 1977 by his parents.
   We love letting holiday cottages and pride ourselves on offering the personal touch and professional and individual attention. Our aim is to provide you with all you need for a relaxing holiday and to make your stay a memorable one for all the right reasons!
   Nestled deep in the Lake District, all The Good Life Cottage Co cottages have an abundance of stunning scenery. Whether you are looking for a romantic break or a cosy homecoming, we have a place that's just right for you. Our cottages, 8 in Langdale, 2 in Grasmere and the truly 5 star Knipefold Barn in Outgate are all fitted with a comprehensive range of up to date facilities without losing any of their traditional charm.
   Our office is in Elterwater (which we like to think is also the heart of the Lake District). Here you will find a warm welcome to what is also our family home.
